What goes around comes around,

My email to the company,

""After careful consideration I have decided the best way to deal with our old issue is to buy and return faulty LeCreuset kitchenware until I feel satisfied that I have disrupted your profits sufficiently.

the background story is we bought a stove top kettle that became faulty almost immediately.
LeCreuset apparently thought they best way to deal with the issue was to drag it out for 4 months thinking the customer would give up on the warranty claim. After 6 months you folks thought you could just blame the customer and say it was our fault.

I have not forgotten and we tell everyone how dysfunctional your company is.

Im going to start buying and returning products due to "damage" found.

I think you folks fuked up and treated us poorly so I am going to treat you the same way.""

UPDATE:
WOW, I posted this review not realizing that there were sooo many negative reviews of LeCreuset.
Any "response" from the company at this point is completely useless and inept on their part. Clearly they have failed 85% of their customers..
Le Creuset, you better get your sh!t together.
My position stands.
Fortunately for me, I travel all across NA and I have time to fuk with your sales.

I have a Dutch oven where the enamel has deteriorated so bad that everything sticks and is unuseable. My other pieces are fine and performs as expected. I always take care of my cookware as it is an investment and I only buy top of the line pieces. I asked Le Creuset for warranty on this item and was told this deterioration of the enamel was not covered by warranty. If this mfg defect is not covered I don’t what would be.

Outstanding after purchase care, genuinely a sustainable and beautiful brand

Outstanding. My le Creuset cerise 24 inch casserole is one of my most prized possessions, throughout the years having cooked everything from the Gina Ford newborn chicken casserole to Julia Child’s to coq au vin for dinner parties and recently, Alison Romans’s viral chickpea stew during lockdown.
I purchased this item in 2010 as a new mother when my daughter was born. Sadly last year, the enamel at the bottom became burnt dark and started to chip away despite our use of gentle spoons ( wooden) and careful hand washing. We contacted customer service for repairs and came across the INCREDIBLE lifetime guarantee policy - after sending pictures our pan was replaced with speed, without any fuss or issue. Many brands do offer these guarantees but in practice, the conditions of replacement are too limiting. I was pleasantly surprised to have my pan replaced for free, with zero hassle. Since then I have also been doing research on how to care for and maintain these enamel and cast iron of these pans carefully, by looking at various videos on you tube and on lecreuset.com. Kudos to the le Creuset company for creating such a fabulous product that stands the test of time in my case 15 years of sustained use, and after care sales policy that is hassle free.
Le Creuset team: I will be a lifetime customer and I will continue to gift these items as wedding presents. They are practical beautiful and sustainable addition to any persons home and kitchen.

False advertising

False advertising. Le Creuset Life time warranty my ass. Our very expensive pan doesn't heat evenly and everything sticks to the bottom. After 3 months of following manufactures seasoning instructions still no change. Contacted customer service this was there response. " please kindly note that we do not offer refunds on used items". My conclusion is maybe at one time they were good but now they are manufactured in China. Don't waste your money.

We purchased 3 different sets of your…

We purchased 3 different sets of your dishes in December 2021. They all say that they are dishwasher safe. However, we now have approximately 30% of our "very expensive" dishes that are chipped. I am disappointed. I have waited my whole adult life for these dishes and now that I can finally afford them, they are China-made garbage. Your marketing team would do better by the company by selling them as the cheap version on le'creuset vs. than anything else. We will replace these dishes with literally anything else not made in China.

Fantastic service from Le Creuset

I had heard about the Le Creuset lifetime guarantee ... but was amazed when I contacted them after I had dropped a butter dish on the floor, shattering the base (entirely my fault). I enquired whether there might be any spare bases around and was amazed when Le Creuset (UK) said they would send me a replacement, gratis ! The more so as the dish still retails and they could have suggested I buy another. That is really good service in my book - many thanks, Le Creuset.

Lifetime guarantee is true

Some enamel was starting to chip away from the bottom of my favourite 10-year-old Le Creuset pot. I googled it, and was reminded of their Lifetime guarantee. So I called Le Creuset and spoke to a friendly and helpful consultant who advised me to send them the details, including photos, by email. This I did, and received prompt replies back. They agreed to send me a new pot via DHL, and it arrived the next week. A beautiful new pot, just the same as my original one. I am really happy, and so grateful that they were willing to do this. I would highly recommend Le Creuset products. I have a few, including some cooking utensils, and the price you pay is worth the investment.

Le Creuset oven dishes are useless.

I've had two Le Creuset oven dishes and they've both cracked while cooking, they simply can't handle the heat! Last night I was using my remaining dish (other one cracked and I threw it away), the oven was at 180°C but after ten minutes I heard a 'pop'. I inspected it and saw a hairline crack running from the middle to the edge, it had also bowed slightly. The last dish that cracked was in a preheated oven for ten minutes.. I added some chicken thighs which caused the dish to immediately crack! I used to think Le Creuset were the best, but what a waste of money.

Would have expected a better response…

Would have expected a better response from a company such as le creuset. I received wrong product due to them having the same coloured mugs in both the US and Uk , but they have diffferent names. I therefore ordered a mug which I thought was different but when it arrived it was the same colour as one I already had and although I received it from UK it had the US colour and for order for me to return it I had to pay another £5.00 postage. Very confusing . I would never order online again and go to shop instead where I imagine they would happily exchange it.
